how I stopped worrying and learned to love the bombshell within

This blog is about my spiritual journey, focusing mainly on the many things I’ve learned by participating in Yoga Flirt: a divinely inspired yoga based pole fitness program. Yes, you read that right.

I am a lot of things that I never thought I’d be, including a pole fanatic. I can’t wait to tell you all about it.

KUDOS TO YOU!! For being resilient, strong, self-reflective, and brave. As one woman who has lived through abuse to another, I’m sorry for your pain, but yet the fact that you’re using it to better your Self, is pure awesomeness. As my husband always says about my writing truthfully about my past, you never know who your honest story will help. Looking forward to witnessing your journey via your blog. 🙂 Anitra
